Transformers are designed for induction furnace, arc furnace & submerged arc furnace application.
Magnetic circuit - lamination CRGO M3 to M5 type.
Transformer dry type or oil cooled.
Electric circuit - electrolytic grade 99.9% pure copper with transposition in LV coil for current sharing in parallel conductors.
Dielectric circuits - electric grade press paper, boards and mineral oil.
Thermal circuit - adequate cooling ducts are provided radically & axially for the smooth flow of oil internally. Radiators cooling banks are provided for natural air cooling ONAN & additional fans for ONAF cooling. High current transformers are provided with OFW cooling.
Designed for trouble-free performance during surges & frequent short circuits.
High current at low voltagese.

Furnace Transformer Application

The picture on the left is a case of Daelim’s electric furnace transformer application in a steel plant in Mexico. This customer contacted us at the end of 2017. He needs to be replaced the furnace transformer. In June 2018, the customer mailed the drawings of the furnace transformer to the office address of Daelim of Beijing. In October 2018, at the invitation of the customer, Daelim’s business manager took engineer to the Mexican for further technical solution discussions. Professional technical ability and rich project experience have won the trust of customers. Customer chose to cooperate with Daelim and ordered two oil furnace transformers. 20kv 6mva oil furnace transformer and 20 kV 20mva furnace transformer. It has been operating safely for over two years now.
